All orders will be collection only, with an exception for small traybake orders (or similar), which can be delivered via postal letterbox service if required.
Yes, absolutely! Allergies are taken very seriously and I will always do my best to cater for everyone’s needs, just be sure to make me aware of any allergies in advance. As I am currently based in a home kitchen, I cannot guarantee some allergens aren’t present within the kitchen, however customers will be made aware of this if it could potentially impact them and an order won’t be carried out if it is not deemed safe to do so.
Prices vary depending on the size, quantity, style and product. Individual pricing will be given to customers after an initial discussion surrounding the order and what it will entail.
I accept PayPal, bank transfer and cash payments. Deposits will need to be paid via PayPal or bank transfer.
As every order is unique and personalised, a deposit will be required. The amount will vary and be discussed with each customer when placing an order.
Accepting orders is very much dependent on my availability and current orders for that time. Every order is unique in what it requires and sometimes it means I need more time to perfect the product. For example, celebration cakes will require a minimum of 2-3 weeks notice.
The more information the better! Key points include: date required (this is the day you will be collecting the product), flavours, theme and colour scheme, size or number of servings, any allergies, etc. Feel free to include any photos of designs you have seen and like!
